Important ResultsPlus Customer Notice
For the last 40 years ResultsPlus has taken great pride in doing our small part to help you serve your constituents. We are humbled by your
continued loyalty and dedication to our software and to us, so it is with very heavy hearts that we announce the ResultsPlus software line and support for it will be discontinued in 7 months, ending on April 30, 2025.
What does this mean?
For all Customers:

If you have ResultsPlus hosted on our servers:
All servers will be discontinued no later than April 30, 2025. After this date, you will not have access to your site or the information stored on it. Your access may end earlier depending on the terms of your contract. To retain your information, you will need to request a database backup. You can then provide this backup to your new service provider. Please note that we will not directly engage with your new service provider. Additionally, after December 20, 2024, you will not be able to renew your quarterly contract. Please plan accordingly.
If you have ResultsPlus installed on your own server or purchased ResultsPlus for your own server in the past:
Your company purchased the ResultsPlus software solution. As a licensed software customer of Metafile and current on Support, you are entitled to access of the latest software release and support services for that software. Training and services to install the latest release are not covered under your Support agreement and therefore billable. These services will be available through December 13th and must be completed by December 20, 2024. You may download and install the latest version, 11.5.12, here: https://support.metafile.com/support/default.asp?ype=rp.
With your previously provided license key you will be able to continue to use the product for as long as you choose. However, no further updates or versions will be created, and no assistance provided from ResultsPlus after April 30, 2025. Please be certain you have your license key in a safe location, as this cannot be provided again.
Why is this happening now?
Deciding to discontinue this product was a difficult choice, considering the many years of dedication to it and the benefits it brought to our non-profit clients. However, we have chosen to redirect our attention from this product line as it no longer fits with our business strategy.
How do I get my files?
Through April 16, 2025, you may send a request to rphelp@metafile.com to request a backup of your database. The cost is $350 per database, each will be delivered as a single database file. If you do not have your request in by this date, you may not receive your data.
Key dates:
October 1, 2024: Announcement and Notification of product discontinuation. One quarter renewal by request.
December 16, 2024: End of available one quarter renewals, no more renewals in 2025.
January 1, 2025: Only support services provided as identified in the contract, found here: https://www.metaviewer.com/software-terms
April 16, 2025: Final day to request data extraction
April 30, 2025: End of Support, End of Hosted Systems
Through December, we do have additional training available, which you can sign up for through our website - https://www.resultsplussoftware.com/training - cost is $250/hr for time and materials.
We recommend that current users begin transitioning to a new platform as soon as possible. Many options exist and we recommend you do your research to identify the best fit for you. Any further obligations or contractual commitments will be waived upon request. No refunds will be provided. Our support team is available to assist with extracting your data. It has been a pleasure supporting your fundraising efforts.
